Prisen er dog høj, og mange brugere synes, at vandtanken er svær at fylde. Kaffen er heller ikke altid varm nok, især hvis du foretrækker meget varm kaffe. Alt i alt en brugervenlig og flot maskine, men vær opmærksom på disse punkter.

I was super sad when my old machine finally packed up. But then I found SMEG and I really LOVE it! It makes the best coffee and the smell whilst it is filtering is amazing, a really great start to the day. Super easy to use and keep clean. Gorgeous black colour and lovely retro design. Well made and a really great addition to my kitchen. Lots of compliments from friends and family on both the look of the machine and the great coffee it makes.

It is very stylish. Easy to use and keeps coffee hot whist using the hot plate. We were nervous replacing our previous machine but we have been pleasantly surprised.we love it.

I ordered it because I really liked the design but for the price paid the quality is poor. Especially the glass carafe. The cheap plastic handle wobbled from the start and broke off within 6 months of light use (not daily as bought for our holiday home). I can be glad it happened over the counter top, otherwise I would have been burned by hot coffee!!! The replacement glass jar cost me nearly £50 incl postage. Considering that I could buy 3 coffee machines from other brands for the price I paid for this one I would not recommend or buy again as poor quality for the price. Which shows again branded items don't guarantee quality. Waste of money. Sorry.
