It does not hold a charge - my other power banks can sit and I grab them and they are still able to charge. It runs hot. I really wanted this to work as the stand is a cool feature. I do not recommend this product.

I purchased the Apple power bank less than two months ago, and it is already having issues holding a charge. This is extremely frustrating, especially because I rely on this power bank to charge multiple phones when needed. When I purchased it, I expected it to provide reliable performance, but now I can barely get enough power to charge one phone. Given how recently I purchased it, I believe this should be addressed under the product warranty

Charger gets extremely hot after only 5 minutes of use and continues to get hotter. I bought 2 and they both do the same thing.

I bought one at Apple on my way out of town. It never worked straight out of packaging and now I’m on vacation without a power bank.
