A beautifully sharp knife. Despite it's small size I used it to de-bone a leg of lamb in seconds. It is extremely sharp and handles so well. Paired with the Nakiri there is not much I wont be able to tackle in the kitchen. A beautiful knife, and unbelievably sharp edge and a treasure to use.

This knife is great. Makes me feel like a Masterchef. Well made and so comfortable to hold and work with. The knife is so well balanced.
