Useless product for its price. Connections drops intermittently. Start, stop and Bluetooth on/off sounds are not good enough, there should be voice message. It hurts on ears after using for some time. Can get better products at much cheaper cost.

Despite the headset's good sound quality, Bluetooth shows weaknesses when the headset has to handle sound output. Moreover, in less than a year of normal use, with the headset on the ears and around the neck, one of the earcup supports split in two. LDLC handled the product return well, but Sony refused to cover the warranty, claiming that the product had been forced, which was not the case. I do not recommend it if you have a somewhat large head and risk having to "force" the headset.

The sound quality is great and the active noise cancelling is even better. However, the build quality is awful... particularly at the hinges. At this price point, I would recommend looking elsewhere as the Takealot warranty isn't enough to cover when they break. Also, they are very susceptible to humidity, which creates a humming from the right speaker.

I expected the best but am disappointed especially with how much I have spent on these... they keep disconnecting over and over, super annoying am not sure if it's something am not doing or what. They worked well the 1st week but now they keep disconnecting every few minutes...

Premium product, however, not such a huge difference with regular ones. Auto noise cancelling is good, but it glitches ocassionally, however, it starts working again by itself. For going to the gym is not great, moves a lot, gets out of position. Allegedly a super premium product... in reality a good product
