Bought my first pair off there website and got a deal still spent about 100$ or so Battery life sucks Can’t use earbuds separately must have the left on to use the right one I love them so much I even bought a second set once I lost my Left bud from the first set (can’t even use my right one period so no point in having it). Decided to order the 2nd pair against my better judgment because I enjoyed them even with the problems after the third time pulling my left ear bud out of its case it broke not even a day of usage while the other pair lasted months the case is also a joke half booty charging and a fragile case droped it once and it broke the plastic off of the hinge. They need to combine these earbuds audio Quality with the durability/case/battery life with the sesh ANC I used to love skull candy as a brand but they definitely lost quality and now feel like there dollar general level

I am someone who would call themselves a headphone ‘connoisseur’. I love trying different brands and styles of headphones or earbuds. I have purchased from skullcandy before and I really liked them. I liked them and trusted them so much I purchased 2 sets of this style, one for the gym and one for everyday use. Unfortunately, my experience has made me never want to buy from this brand again. Another unfortunate fact is that I am a day late in being able to return them, so now they have to sit in a bin forever. My issues: The battery life is 3 hours at most. The charging box they come in also dies after one charge up. Even if they are fully charged they won’t connect to my phone at times. I can fully charge the box and the headphones won’t charge at the same time. If I switch between apps the sound cuts off. For example if I am watching YouTube while I’m on Amazon…the sounds cuts out then starts up again. I’m really disappointed with these and I will not be purchasing from them again.
