sound Quality is very good but very annoying when you even left them a little bit of your ear they turn off then back on again As for 30 m range no again they keeps losing the signal. They are Very comfortable to have on head compared to my old sennheiser TR120 11 but which will do the 30 m range with on problem the Philips just have the hedge on sound quality would give a score 8/10

Such a great product for those who suffer from hearing loss. I now can hear the TV without the volume turned up to loud.

We use the headset for Mrs W to listen to TV without disturbing me. She loves the simplicity of "put them on your head and they switch on, take them off and they switch off" Recharging is simple too, just place on the base and the light turns green when charging. Simple!

I thought I had a warranty issue with my SHD8850, but the warranty helpline was able to diagnose the problem. Wioth their directions I was able to fix the problem without returning the headphones.

We were quite happy for the first five months, great sound etc, but suddenly they stopped working. Turned out the battery hadn't charged, so tried to reseat it on the charge base. Showed flashing green light for about 3 mins, then it went off. Did this about six times but same thing every time. This is faulty!!
