Overall the ear buds are as expected, and although the first pair had a fault this was dealt with swiftly and the replacement pair are fine

I bought these on sale at Target I think they're wonderful. there's an app to adjust all the settings. there are many settings. there's all kinds of customer support, they fit well and are stable in the ear. they're so comfortable that I forget they're in. it has a satisfying bass level. it has to get five stars because it's affordable, and for me it's an introductory pair of bluetooth earbuds. (there are many negative reviews on the Target app so I wanted to put my two cents in here.)
