Really comfortable and perfect for noise cancelling but with the flexibility of alternative hear through mode..

These are my work headphones, and I'm very happy with them. I am a glasses wearer, and have used these quite a bit now for Teams calls, recording voiceovers etc. Both the ear-cups and the head band aren't quite as nice to wear as my CoolerMasters gaming headphones I use at home... but they're certainly not uncomfortable and the noise-cancelling is quite good. Mic is clear. I'm no audiophile, but the sound quality seems good enough for me for office headphones - I listen to music for much of the day and it's perfectly pleasant.

In terms of sound is great, looks nice and it is comfortable. However it doesn't work well with Windows and Teams (I must admit that is probably Microsoft's fault). However, the boom arm in this product WILL eventually break and there are no replacements. You won't be able to get any help out of Jabra Customer Services (I have spend hours trying to get mine replaced by them - they are useless). I actually spoke to Amazon about the issue and they kindly replaced my headset the first time this happened - yes I am on my second set and within a few months the boom arm has broken again. It's an obvious design flaw as the boom arm is not fit for purpose, the boom arm is not reinforced with metal or anything, its just a piece of plastic that suffers fatigue as you pull it up and down to answer and end calls and will inevitably break.

I work with it daily on calls in a contact centre it blocks out all the sounds in the office background to the point I don’t hear my colleagues. The battery life is good when fully charged minute it gets down to medium it dies quickly. The major problem is when you lift the mic up it doesn’t always mute. My customers can hear people in the background. My colleagues love it when they use it but they only use it a short period.

This headset has all the bells and whistles but the battery life is absolutely horrible for this price point. It needs to be charged almost daily (I have about 1h of meeting a day).
