The sound and microphone quality are amazing. People are surprised to hear it’s a headset mic instead of a professional microphone. The headset is kind of heavy but it’s very durable.

I've struggled in the past to find a comfortable headset, most are too tight and cause me discomfort after long periods of time. This set is great, I can wear it for hours and barely notice it. If you're like me and have a big head, I highly recommend these.

I depend on the microphone to work for meetings, etc This was bought a little over two months ago and the microphone has died. I'm hoping that HyperX honors their two year warranty since its no longer available on amazon.

this was given to me new as a gift. love the sound immersion and the 7.1 is great but after a few months, the USB Audio Control Box which was working perfectly, started to give a static sound and was quite annoying.

Had these a few years and their holding up as good as the day I got them. I'm just back here because I broke the mic near the connection. My fault being careless but thankfully its detachable and replacements are available at $19 so not too bad. Sound quality is great for the price, bass is a bit heavy bit not to the point of blowing out other frequencies. The 7.1 mode sounds a bit worse like it's more compressed, but I don't have another surround headset for reference to compare it to. Maybe I'm using it wrong, but I just leave it in stereo. "7.1" in headphones seems like a gimic anyway, directional always seemed to work fine in games to me with just stereo headphones.
