I was extremely disappointed with this headset. My cheap plantronics headset has much better sound, probably thanks to a larger ear speaker, and didn't suffer from the same transfer of friction when touching the boom etc due to the fact that plantronics have foam pads and the Sennheiser have pvc coated ear pads. I'm a big fan of Sennheiser audio headphones but these are something quite different. Also the seller, PurpleBase , didn't reply to my returns request & I ended up having to involve Amazon. all in all a poor experience.

Such a stupid headset! Why should something so expensive not come with Bluetooth or at least a port that allows you connect your mobile phone (same as landline)??? What an outdated device!!!

The headset has worked as advertised with a great range. I only use it with the computer so cannot comment on the interconnection with a phone system. The only minor issues that I have is: - the unit does not always respond when turning on or off.
