The earbuds have legendary Bose sound that's incredible. However the sound and functions are very hard to use as they are so sensitive. For instance when I change the volume I often stop the music and have to start the song again. I also find that keeping them snug in my ear is challenging, especially with activity.

This is my second pair of these fine Bose products. I had to replace my previous set that I lost during a recent trip to Washington DC. That’s a long story won’t get any more in to that but absolutely loved them and had to cough up for some again. The sound quality is phenomenal only wish they were just a bit louder volume-wise. Highly recommend these earbuds just buy them don’t think you will be disappointed. The noise reduction feature is amazing. Use it when I want to sleep on the plane! A must-have for frequent flyer!!

Excelente noise canceling, clear crisp sound, comfortable enough to sleep with. They are hard to fall out, haven't tried the battery longevity yet. For this reason I've been a bose fan for years

The sound gives ne a migraine. Sounds like a fax machine. Hopefully they replace them as i've only had 2 weeks.
