I am very pleased with the sound. I waited two weeks before I gave my review. Human voice sounds natural. The midrange is pleasing but not overpowering while listening to music. I was expecting this. Although the bass is weak these speakers have a port to add a bass. Overall these speakers are perfect for office work and watching Youtube.

I already have Edifier R2000DB. This time I got R1700BTs. Both absolutely amazing speakers. Sound quality is superb. I can easily recommend them to anyone.

This is a very good product for the price, it's not a hi-fi system but it's not far off, except for the remote control which is a bit inferior in terms of quality but it does the job.
