Had a 5 year warranty with Karcher been on the phone 1 hour, still on hold as the plastic pipe has broken the customer service is rubbish.

Missing some parts from amazon for which I received a partial refund. Quality of washer is great, better than my last one despite being less powerful and smaller. The soap dispensing thing just doesnt seem to work though. The patio unit is great and better than expected, makes life a lot easier.

Bought May 2016. Used to clean patio and driveway. Absolutely brilliant but not seen recently as relatives have borrowed it ever since. Highly recommended.

Ordered this last year, it is no longer working. It states it has a 2 year warranty. Excellent heavy duty cleaning product but unfortunately no longer works, if its possible how do I send it back?
