Nyx Jumbo Multi -Use Face Highlighter Stick - Vanilla Ice Cream

I bought Iced Latte and Milk colours and tried twisting the bottom to push up more product, but it is way too stiff. I might try using pliers because it is hurting my hand to twist it so hard. I read another similar review for the canadian version. Maybe it's just the Canadian one that doesn't work because the reviews on the american site don't mention this problem.
