Shure MV7+-K - Mikrofon - 3-pin XLR, USB - sort - MFi Certified

This microphone is fabulous for podcasting and recording. Excellent clarity and sensitivity.

At $279.99, the Shure MV7+ isn’t cheap, but as a microphone that can evolve with the user over multiple years — from a great USB option when paired with the MOTIV software to an excellent XLR option when users finally upgrade. With Shure, it does seem that you pay a bit extra for the trusted brand and the quality associated with it. With the MV7+, I’m happy to say that the quality is there, meaning this mic should be on your shortlist.

Shure never let down. If you’re looking for a mic to stream with or even just to hang out with friends on Discord, this is absolutely the one! This is coming from someone with years of experience both live, composing and recording, with a music degree. I’d recommend buying the Rose PSA plus mic stand alongside it!

I picked this up as a birthday gift for myself and to try and tweak my setup better for streaming and get rid of my Blue Snowball. I paired it with a fifine audio mixer and have had 0 issues with it. And there is definitely an improvement in my overall audio quality as I've had less complaints about it being too quiet.

At $349, the Shure MV7i is a premium but versatile all-in-one solution for creators who want professional-grade audio without the hassle of managing a full audio interface setup. Its standout feature — the combo of a high-quality microphone and built-in audio interface — makes it incredibly convenient for podcasters, streamers, and voiceover artists alike. While the lack of an included stand and XLR output may be points of friction for some, they don’t take away from what is otherwise an impressively engineered piece of gear. If you’re looking to simplify your audio setup without compromising on sound, the MV7i is an easy recommendation.
