Rode NT1 Signature Series Condenser Microphone Blue

This was my first studio condenser mic having only ever used dynamic mics for vocals before in my home studio. I bought the bundle with shock mount and use a mic standb enclosure round it. It took a bit to get my recording input gain, eq, compression right. But once I’d done that the mic sounds great to my ears. I’ll attach a song that I used it on for my vocal. Recorded on my Tascam DP-24 . It’s also great for acoustic guitar.

Don't waste money trying anything else,get this and it's done.It's more flat on the frequency range than the NT1A so less sibilance. Also buy from Scan it's a great service.

Such great value for a large diaphragm condensor. This is a very well regarded mic for its price and competes with more expensive brands easily. Great studio workhorse.
