Versace Eros Energy Eau de parfum 50 ml

Like the EDT, the perfume starts fresh, citrusy, sweet, and slightly minty. Here too, the mint becomes a bit stronger over time, and the heart note features well-differentiated notes like vanilla, mint, and a hint of fruitiness. Up to this point, the scent is practically the same. However, I find the sage somewhat disturbing. Actually, I was waiting for the wonderful drydown like with the EDT. Unfortunately, in vain: the base has less vanilla, but significantly more sage, which I find rather unpleasantly scratchy. The difference between EDT, EDP, and perfume is especially noticeable in the drydown.

Greetings I was at Douglas... And of course, I checked out the designer fragrances. And lo and behold. Versace Eros. I primarily know the Eros Eau de Parfum or the Eros Flame However, the Eros Energy somehow slipped past me. I imagined citrus and got citrus, but like 5 times! This is really something lemony! Light and fresh. Like cutting open a lemon. I must say though... at first, it smelled a bit like toilet cleaner, but that faded over time. Longevity was so-so and sillage as well. The scent itself is quite "typical". If you are a lemon lover, you can't go wrong here.

If you like bright, clean, crisp citrus based fragrances then you should try this. I usually wear Creed Aventus and Hilfiger but wanted something else to add to my rotation and this is it. It's a mid priced fragrance but well worth it.
