Joop! Homme Wild er en meget sød og boozy flanker til den originale Joop! Homme med tydelige noter af pink peber, rom, hvid tobak og træ. Mange brugere roser den stærke projektion og den gode holdbarhed på cirka syv til otte timer, især i forhold til den ofte lave pris. Det gør den populær som by- og klubduft, hvor et højt og markant duftspor er ønsket. Samtidig beskrives den ofte som ekstremt sød og lidt ungdommelig, så den kan hurtigt blive for meget i lukkede rum eller på arbejde. Romnoten er tydelig, men stadig afdæmpet på designerniveau, så du ikke direkte lugter af alkohol, selv om det boozy præg kan virke udfordrende for nogle. Personally, I really like Joop Homme Le Parfum, because there are hardly any other men's fragrances that smell similar. I would even claim that, for many people, it smells more like a women's fragrance - so powdery and soft. I think it's a real shame that the fragrance has become so unpopular just because it doesn't smell typically masculine, like aftershave. But that's exactly what makes it special! For me, a really great addition to the collection, especially because it's something completely different.

Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette was a frequent companion in my youth; I received it as a gift during my late teenage years, along with the deodorant stick shown above. At that time, I didn't have much connection to perfumes, but at least I was equipped with something of my own and used both until they were finished. I remember it being overly sweet for me back then, with a strong floral aspect and a bit of fruitiness, which was balanced or complemented by something that made it feel and be perceived as masculine. Probably the spiciness from cinnamon and sandalwood. For me, it was quite wearable at that time. I can only recount the scent description of Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette as a reminiscence; it hasn't been around for a long time. It wasn't bad, but I preferred Cool Water Eau de Toilette at the time, or later "CK One (Eau de Toilette) | Calvin Klein." Nevertheless, Joop! Homme Eau de Toilette remains a companion of youth..

When smelling Joop Homme for the first time, the floral notes stand out, yet it still has a masculine scent. The bottle looks quite okay, but what I find critical is the cap; it doesn't feel very good. In terms of longevity and sillage, the fragrance performs well. Overall, I give the perfume an 8/10.
