Yamaha BB 434 Bass Tobacco Brown Sunburst

I bought this bass in ice blue a couple of months ago, & am delighted with it. It played well straight out of the box, has good tone shaping qualities & a comfortable neck profile. I'd heard good things about Yamaha's build quality, & my bass feels very well put together. I will be playing it for many years to come.

I bought one of these recently as it felt really nice and solid. Just played a gig with it . The tones available across the pick ups and the tone control is superb. The sustain is really strong.....I feel a can play less, if you know what I mean! I have a similar Fender jazz bass and the tone range is less and the sustain is not so long . First bass / backup bass / gig bass .....can't go wrong!

Neck, body and overall feel is comfortable. There's a variety of tone/sound from the passive setup. Looks neat. Altogether a classy piece.
