This guitar is really amazing for the price- acoustic sound is (as you might expect) thin and there's not much projection, but amplified it's a winner. Worth twice the price. The set up was good - no quibbles at all, and like most instruments from zZounds the strings seemed really fresh. It could use some fret edge polishing, but nothing egregious Finding a generic case could be challenging, but a well-padded gig bag and you're fine. I found the tuner to be a little wide in its accuracy, but its ok for a quick tune. The preamp seems to be on par with much more expensive instruments. All in all a great buy. I bought this guitar for my partner based on reviews online, knowing nothing about guitars myself. My partner is really pleased with it, it has a beautiful sound and is slimmer than standard acoustic guitars which he likes. It looks great too, he’s very happy with it.

My least expensive electric acoustic but I love the amplified sound through my Bergara amp. I bought this because I was wanting an acoustic with a neck feel close to an electric guitar. Shout out to Ibanez for such a great inexpensive guitar. Have Martin, Taylor, Takamine and Yamaha but I grab this Ibanez Talman when performing. Really nice guitar, nice and narrow so can sit nicely in the lap. Surprised with the tone for such a narrow guitar. Overall recommended for any player from beginner to professional. A+++
