Fender Newporter Player Electro Acoustic Surf Green

I’ve only had this guitar for a couple of weeks and so far I must say it is a great guitar. Looks good feels good and sounds good. Quality workmanship shows a fantastic product. Would definitely recommend to guitar players of all levels

Great acoustic. Looks epic. Fender in the headstock. The neck is a solid piece of mahogany with a very similar feeling of a chunky Strat. The sound is decent but a bit muffled (I reckon because of the woods available at that price range), but the building quality is great and the colours are something out of the usual boring acoustics. Great finish, feels wonderful in the hand. I’m a beginner - the neck shape and string spacing, and gap to frets are just right for my hands

As I took the guitar out of the box I notice that there’s a buzz on some frets of the G and B strings. Really disappointing for a brand new instrument. Took it back to the shop and it’s been sent to Fender to get fixed. Definitely wasn’t expecting to have to wait (they said 2 to 6 weeks) for it. Staff members were friendly
