Epiphone Les Paul Standard 50s Left Handed Metallic Gold

Spent a lot of time deliberating over this and I'm so glad that I decided to buy it! It came and it just looks absolutely incredible! I couldn't stop looking at it. If you are thinking about buying this, I would absolutely recommend it, but mine didn't come with a great set up. But once I'd sorted it with my guitar tech, it's honestly a dream of a guitar that plays so smoothly and sounds amazing. I probably play twice as much as I did because I can't put this down. Go for it!

Bought this for my sons Christmas and to say he is pleased would be an understatement. The guitar is amazing and the case is also amazing. I said to him it's a work of art and he agreed. Would certainly recommend this. Delivery was excellent too.

Fantastic guitar, amazing sound, it really is just as good as a Gibson, I’ve also got the goldtop, however the custom has a slightly thinner neck 60s and weighs less, the finish is quality an the hardware looks amazing in gold fitted with the Gibson burst buckers pick ups, lovely guitar to play and own …..

I have been playing guitars of all makes and models over the last 30 years and it is safe to say that this is the best playing Les Paul style guitar I have ever owned. I managed to get a very very low action with little to no fret buzz. The frets needed no additional polishing and were leveled perfectly. Unlike previous LPs I have owned this one stays perfectly in tune. I did round off the fret ends but this was only for personal preference. ***** Playability****Build Quality (the pickup surround was slightly off causing the pickup to pushed into a permanent angle)**** Sound

The Epiphone LP Custom in ebony is a great guitar with incredible sound. My issue is with delivery charges and delivery time, and a small damage mark on the finger board. Andertons make a big deal on their website that they provide free next day delivery. This does NOT apply to Northern Ireland orders, where a delivery charge is applied and delivery takes four days. Also, I'm not sure the guitar was physically inspected by Andertons prior to dispatch, as my guitar has a small mark on the finger board; the mark looks to be an attempt to screw the pickup into the wrong location. It's only a very small mark but it is there none the less
