Has EU plug which isn't mentioned. Even with a converter plug the product does not even turn on.

I havent had a chance to use it yet but so worth the price the box is lovely and comes with a bag and a hairbrush. Made my day to know i was buying myself something special and at a great price too.

Great straightener. Makes my hair feel smooth and holds its heat well however seems to have a buzzing noise when turned on. Overall really good.
