Great product, maybe I should give less stars as this is number two, the first one broke inside a year. Seems quite fragile plastics liable to snap, will treat this one like an egg and hope it will last. But the product is superb

Poor sound quality, and wasn't compatible with all applications requiring audio headsets. After contacting Logitech support, they offered no solution for either sound quality or app compatibility.

very good headset however a well know issue with it as well. After a certain time (about 2 3 weeks) a static noise build up and the headset needs to be open and the battery removed and replaced (Logitech advised it) once this is done the noise is gone and normally does not comes back.
