I bought this model because earlier model gave me satisfaction. However I am disappointed. The instruction book is not clear nor correct. The speed dial numbers cant be transferred to other handsets and mobile connection can't be made.

Nice handsets. Easily read BUT poor sound reproduction - muffled and not loud enough, even on external speaker

Product is good the the price. I have an older set of Panasonic phones which the sound is a bit better. The sound on these is adequate if your hearing is not impaired. The sound is only marginally muffled and could be clearer, but I find it ok.

Product is easy to use.... just follow the instructions. Looks good and ringtone is clear and not tinny.

Easy to navigate. Used in a workshop environment, bought to replace existing phones as pleased with the original purchase
