Absolutely no meaningful customer support when my new machine didn't work properly and still does not work. A complete waste of money and a company that does NOT stand by its products.

Where do I begin....still trying to get this setup.1) The instructions are extremely difficult to understand. Sorry - for a $500 appliance - I would expect more. Pictographs are not helpful.2) So in "Before first use"....Step #2 references the Activating the Aquaclean water filter....I tore my house apart looking for said filter, searched my trash, etc....and found out from this forum that the filter must be separately purchased. The manual does nothing to communicate this requirement - from what I could deduce. So here I am stuck on step #2 after several hours of fustration.3) I can't find any direct contact information for Philips support in the manual or the website. Pretty typical these days - but for a $500 espresso maker - I'm expecting more.I'm going to try to get the filter from Amazon to see if this turns out to be a success or will be a Best Buy request for refund.

Coffee machine catastrophically failed on INITIAL set up. Flooded my countertop and down to my dishwasher. Causing electrical issues with my dishwasher now. If you want to get an appliance that you have to involve your home insurance within 10 minutes of owning...this is the product for you. I'm so let down.

Was complicated to setup n had to order special filter from Amazon. Then it leaked n was very noisy! Sent it back for refund.
