The Frothing wand is too short for this machine. The controls are too sensitive when trying to clean the machine it either turns off or on. The machine does not stay on long enough, shuts down after just 1 1/2 hours. Too complicated to change the factory settings, such as how much liquid to dispense, not to mention the process to tell the machine it has a filter. This is a replacement machine for one I have had for 5 years, this is not what I’m used to from this machine Go back to the drawing board

makes the best coffee and cappuccino's, haven't tried the others yet but working on it. easy to use and easy to clean. we love it.

So far I’m loving it. The instruction manual weren’t the greatest but with chat gpt I got through it. Coffee is amazing and the coffee is phenomenal.

It delivers decent everyday coffee, but comes with some noticeable limitations. The coffee is okay, but not exceptional. It’s perfectly drinkable for daily use.The default coffee output feels like half a cup. The cappuccino foam is very weak.

Bought this coffeemaker based on neighbor’s suggestion and ownership of a higher level DeLonghi. Love the coffee but didn’t realize how loud it is when grinding the beans. Also, personally, the frother wand would be better so I can make exactly how much I would like & when I’d like. Overall, it was a good value because I received over $200 of Kohls cash.
