Excellent service always, staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Good kettle although difficult to see water level on the side. Design not as pleasing as previous dualit model, and handle not as ergonomic or as comfortable to hold, but not a major issue. Lid closure tight so had to adjust per instructions.

Great kettle boils quickly whatever amount of water you use highly recommend

Was worried it would be too white but it was a nice light cream colour...just what I wanted.

Excellent quality Dualit kettle which arrived on time as expected.
