The toothbrush failed after 1 year and 4 months of use. The toothbrush base became very loud and loose.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Suprised by how good this toothbursh is, only after a few days of use you notice such a difference visibly, but also by feel. The various settings are very useful unlike other electric toothbrush's that I've used, this doesn't hurt the gums at all. Lovely selection of brush heads and the only quib is based more on how I probably hold the bursh, but occasionally I accidentally turn the brush off, which then simply has to be restarted.

[Employee of philipsglobal] Having being an old school manual toothbrush user for many years I finally got round to using an electric toothbrush. My previous forays into these have not always been a good experience (batteries to change / rechargeable not recharging), and I’m not a Luddite when it comes to technology. Therefore, my initial thoughts were more of the same, but I was pleasantly surprised, excellent design (especially in black), good choice of cleaning options but best of all very pleasant to use, no abrasiveness on the gums and a really clean feeling in my mouth afterwards. Overall very good .. maybe look at a USB charging option for the future ? Would highly recommend
