We were happy with the initial purchase but unfortunately the camera went faulty. Top marks to Halford who replaced the entire bundle and reinstalled it free of charge without a quibble and on the same day

The dashcam works ok but, so far it has been impossible to download any recordings to my mobile phone. It was then told to use the new App, which I installed on my Android phone but it still will not connect. There is very little advice on how to get around this problem.

Great product, had older model, updated to this model for new car.Simple to use, does good job. Previous model saved us stress, worry and money on the 1 accident we had.

I've left an 'average' rating as I have been unable to get the dashcam working properly since purchase on 27 July 2026. The problem is I have been unable to secure a bluetooth connection at home.
