Valentino Donna er en behagelig, feminin duft der især er egnet til daglig brug. Duften åbner med en iøjnefaldende læbestift-lignende note som gradvist går over i et behageligt blomstret-pudret karakter med rose og iris. Selvom åbningsfasen kan være meget sødt, balancerer tørfasen dette godt ud med pudrede og læder noter. Duften er ikke særlig stærk og varer omkring 4-5 timer, hvilket er rimeligt til daglig brug. Det er ideelt for dem der søger en blød, feminin duft uden aggressive noter, men mindre egnet for dem der foretrækker langvarig eller stærk fragrances.
