VICHY Liftactiv Supreme Cream 50 ml

Product was not totally full. I also had a very exasperating customer service experience. I've normally loved Walgreens and been a customer many years but I understand I was accused and misunderstood while I'm battling stage four terminal cancer. Imagine what a stressful poor experience that would be.

the product is not up to par. In the past it was light and smoothed easily. This is heavy and feels sticky after application

I have been using this product for over a month now. At first, it seemed impressive to me, but the more I used it, the more disappointed I became. Cream for skin feels heavy and greasy on the face, no matter how I tried to apply it. It is very thick, unlike the cream for combination skin, which suited perfectly and left my skin feeling velvety. As for the lifting effect, I didn't really notice any difference. It not working with other products at all expecially with toner. It just not applys nicelly and straight get into greassy bubbles on skin and I feel like I want to wash off quickly. It didn't work for me.

I have used this Vichy product for many years and find that it does help smooth out the skin plus it has a pleasant feel on the skin when applied.

I didn't pick up the product because I received an email saying there was no product to be delivered and that the purchase was cancelled! Was it charged or not?
