Black Diamond - Pandelygter - Distance LT 1100 Black/Alloy til Unisex - Sort

Pros: construction quality is good, it is light weight and stable if you are running or doing something very active, UI is decent, but in my experience the "turbo tap" can be hit or miss. Cons: Honestly, outside of the short turbo window it is not terribly bright. There are other brands (nitecore, ledlenser, fenix) at similar price points with way higher output. 1100 lumen in the turbo setting is only for 10 seconds before it drops down to 600, and I suspect it drops from 600 to just a few hundred lumen after 10-20 minutes of use. There is also no zoom or spotlight, only a flood light. Some features are really random and questionable - a blue light mode, really? Overall I'd recommend a different brand unless you just want a light-weight flood headlamp.

Unreliable product which is not up to the standards of previous Black Diamond headlamps. First one, plastic lens spontaneously cracked. Got the headlamp replaced under warranty. Second unit worked for a few days then it died on me while in use on a mountain. Black Diamond says it's a bad battery and offered to replace it. No thanks. I've had enough.

It works pretty well, pretty good battery life so far. I like the different settings you can use. For the double tap mode, it doesn’t stay bright for very long and that gets annoying.

Love how bright and useful this headlamp has been, however the controls on this are confusing and does take some time to get used to. So far this headlamp has lasted me multiple two to three day trips, all of which I used to hike and set up camp at night!

It seems the battery is shot straight out of the box. Won’t charge and won’t work
