I like them. For an expensive smeg product not quality. Part of it is stainless steel the other part cheap rubbish. Arrived packaged well. Not meant for dishwasher. Cheap part gets rust. Great to use as a sandwich press though. Works well.

Better than I could ever imagine. Easy to use. Heats, toasts & melts sandwich components as desired. If it weren't for the carbs, I'd be eating sandwiches everyday... EVERY sandwich should be a hot sandwich.

My children love being able to make grilled cheese sandwiches in the toaster! So glad I bough this!

Surprisingly useful. I saw this on vacation and thought Ill get one and see how it goes... Well, you can put sandwiches in , buttered toast, slightly falling apart pepperoni bread, all with good results.. One side of the rack opens 90 degrees, and there is a solid flat bottom which will catch melted butter or cheese.

Limited use, but works OK for sandwiches. Rather expensive for what you get. An electric grill press is a better tool.
