Original was very one sided had to turn bread over to get anything like evenly done toast.Item was replaced by Bosch.Replacement was a bit better but not the best for evenly toasting. Not worth the money!!

Recently purchased and very pleased with the results. Makes perfect toast on the middle setting. Looks great on the kitchen counter.
