Bosch compact toaster good quality but too big for a purpose. Control knob is not working properly.

Helpful staff are amazing, always go the extra mile.

Love the little light up switches and the clicky dial, slots ideal size for medium bread and gives even browning. Didn't realise it had sticky feet at first and a bit of a faff if you need to move it so it's nearer the plug socket as the leads are shorter these days.

Toaster is good but would be better if it was a talky-talky toaster, which suggests what to toast.

Quite disappointed: toasting anywhere above the lowest level gives me burnt toast.
