Pirelli Winter SottoZero 3 er et sportsligt vinterdæk, som især udmærker sig ved greb og sikkerhed på sne, is og våde vinterveje. Mange tests og brugeranmeldelser fremhæver det stærke træk, de korte bremselængder og den stabile styring, også ved højere fart på motorvej. Samtidig er dækket ret komfortabelt og forholdsvis stille for et vinterdæk. Ulempen er, at slidstyrken er gennemsnitlig og kan være tydeligt hurtigere, hvis du kører meget i mildt vejr eller på tør asfalt. Rullestøjen opleves også som mærkbar af nogle. Dækket passer især til bilister, der prioriterer vintergreb og tryghed højere end maksimal levetid.

This is my 3rd set for good reason - They are fantastic. I have driven to the alps and back. During the 9hr drive I encountered sun, rain , heavy sleet, and a little snow. The tyres couldn’t have had a better test. They performed brilliantly. A very good all around WINTER tyre. They wear well under 12°C so make sure I change them and the temperature rises.

Cauciucurile nu au putut fi echilibrate nici după 3 încercări în 3 ateliere diferite . Cauciucurile produc o vibrație constantă în volan și pedala de accelerație și un crează un disconfort constant . O să înlocuiesc în iarna următoare categoric .

Compared with my previous Michelins, and the Pirelli summer tyres, these disappoint. No confidence in the snow and they felt unnatached in the wet.
