Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 i størrelsen 215/55R16 XL 97V er et helårsdæk med klare styrker og svagheder. Ifølge flere tests og brugeranmeldelser klarer dækket sig rigtig godt på sne og endda på is, med god trækkraft og korte bremselængder i lette til normale vinterforhold. På våd vej præsterer det også over middel, med et mønster der leder vandet hurtigt væk og mindsker risikoen for akvaplaning. Mange bilister oplever desuden et komfortabelt vejgreb og relativt lavt støjniveau for et helårsdæk, især sammenlignet med ældre eller grovere mønstre. Omvendt har BluEarth-4S AW21 længere bremselængder på tør vej og mindre præcis styrerespons end nogle konkurrenter blandt helårs- og sommerdæk. I hårde, iskolde vinterforhold forbliver det et kompromis og når ikke niveauet for rene vinterdæk. Derudover nævnes dækket ofte for sin højere rullemodstand, som ikke er optimal for brændstofforbruget, og nogle brugere ser efter et par år små revner i slidbanen og mere dækstøj. Dækket passer især til bilister i milde klimaer, som vil have god vinterreserve på sne og våd vej og kan leve med de mindre ulemper i tørpræstation og forbrug.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
