Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2

Superb tyres, very pleased. This year we had allot of snow, the tyres gripped and never once gave me a cause to worry. They hold the road well in wet, dry, mixed and ice. Small minus, a grippy whirring sound on some tarmac surfaces, but it might be that the surface is destined to make such a noise. And as a bonus the look really good on the car. All 140hp is robustly held perfectly in balance. Very pleased, I'll definitely recommend buying them, and will buy them again.

These are a thoroughly dependable tyre and the Expert 2 (and the later Expert 3) are superb tyres. In addition to the stated vehicle I have a set on my wife's 2014 Audi A3 and our 'spare car' a 2009 Fiat Panda 4x4. They are all on all year round and have acceptable wear even in hot summers

What makes these tyres stand out is their performance on very wet roads or standing water.

I am a careful driver. Mostly urban with some motorway driving. The tyres I chose are all season. Whilst I live in Edinburgh City, when snow falls I need to drive 800m and up 2 hills in order to get to a road that is kept clear and often there are cars and a bus strewn across the road. Amazing but true. These tyres have allowed me to bypass these cars and proceed to the swept roadway. 2 times this winter. Scarcely believable that people don't know how to drive in the snow. They are sure footed in frost too.

We have owned this car for almost 11 years now and the last 9 years have been on firstly Uniroyal MS+77 205/55 R16 91H and then for the last 3 years on AllSeason Expert 2 which is a vastly improved tyre. The latter is so much quieter and returns improved fuel consumption and I believe better grip in wintry conditions
