Let there be LIGHT .... Anywhere. Compared to the DML184, the one with the fluorescent tube in it, this one is at least twice as bright. I would only get 4 hours with a 3 a/hr battery in the DML184, this LED light lasts 12 hours. It pivots, folds and shines anywhere or hang it up. There are a few comments about the hinge mechanism breaking, so far so good. But I'm not sure if it would be as durable as the DML 184 which I have dropped numerous times and it just keeps working. Great for painting and highlighting imperfections in drywall repairs.

Several different settings. High is very bright. Light weight and many different angles. Great product

As other reviewers have said it's plastic and therefore fragile - but it's become my favourite worklight, and I use the hinged feature a lot to angle the light right where I want it while working outside. The hinge is both a weak point (plastic hinge = easy to break) but also a killer feature compared to my other work lights that don't angle.

Bought on boxing day sale very happy with the light so far.
